The Challenge:

Roex wants to expand its reach and boost engagement by creating a digital platform to showcase skating tutorials while also improving the experience for both roller skaters and volunteer instructors.

Competitive Analysis

We found 3 direct competitors and 2 indirect competitors to better understand the functionalities needed to develop and how other brands offer solutions.

After conducting 8 interviews with both volunteer instructors and roller katers, we were able to solidify the following insights:

We organised the architecture considering Roex’s current website along with the features we were creating. We also validated this by doing a quick card sorting session with users.

High Fidelity Wireframes

Here is a set of the main features we created for Rollers Roex during this first iteration. Users now have access to a live GPS tracking system, online classes and video tutorials.
